ChairmanAdarsh Kumar is the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Flamingo Infinite and comes with three decades of experience in banking, financial services & insurance sector. Adarsh is a seasoned industry veteran renowned for his profound knowledge in retail finance, corporate lending, insurance, business processes and operations. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to engineer and direct corporate governance, risk management best practices and successfully scaled businesses across multiple geographies while managing diverse workforces and complexities.
Adarsh’s unwavering passion lies in leveraging digital technologies, robust processes and continuous transformation to foster business growth. He possesses a keen understanding of the dynamic trends shaping the modern business landscape, seamlessly incorporating them into his strategies for building thriving enterprises.
Adarsh held Managing Director/ C-suite roles in We Win Ltd, Tata Group, Bajaj Finance, Citigroup & General Motors Group. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from Fore School of Management, Delhi. He has continuously upgraded his skills through Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Wharton School, Ohio University, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur & ISB Hyderabad.
As the MD & CEO of Flamingo Infinite, Adarsh will drive towards the forefront of the outsourcing industry, globally. Deepak Kumar Sahoo
DirectorPrior to cofounding Flamingo Infinite, Deepak held senior leadership roles as Director of Operations at Tata Trent and Vice President Operations at RPSG Group’s Spencer’s Retail including extensive exposure to international markets through retail giants like Tesco South East Asia, Dairy Farm International Hong Kong and Spinney’s Dubai. Deepak holds a graduate degree in Life Science and an MBA from Fore School of Management, along with Executive Programs from IIM Bangalore and Tata Management Training Center.
Deepak’s expertise is in building & managing operations, workforce, processes, innovation and training. Deepak stands at the forefront of Flamingo Infinite to spearhead the call center business and operations, globally.

DirectorPrior to cofounding Flamingo Infinite, Rajeev held senior leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer of TVS Group's Harita Receivables & Collection Services, as Founding Member & Former Head of Debt Services Management Group at Tata Capital. In the past, Rajeev has held senior roles in Tata Motors group and Titan Industries. Rajeev holds a graduate degree in Science and an MBA in Marketing, along with Executive Education from Michigan Ross School of Business, alongside being an alumnus of The Scindia School, Gwalior.
Rajeev’s expertise is in debt management, business development, customer experience and vendor management. Rajeev spearheads the Flamingo Infinite’s domestic business initiatives, focusing on field & call center collections, field verifications, legal services and advisory & consulting.

Vidyadhar Dattu Powar
DirectorPrior to cofounding Flamingo Infinite, Vidyadhar was a serial entrepreneur instrumental in setting up and acquiring business from healthcare sector USA, namely medical transcription, medical biling & coding and tele-radiology and stalwart in enterprise IT strategy, IT policy formulation and IT-enabled services. Vidyadhar has done Masters in Computer Science from Manipal University and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, USA.
Vidyadhar’s expertise is in digital, technology, information security & design, management of IT infrastructure, call centre operations, processing centre operations, implementation of enterprise & cloud-based solutions, aligning technology with business objectives, business process re- engineering and automation. At Flamingo Infinite, Vidyadhar spearheads and drives the digital technology & infrastructure initiatives and innovation from the forefront, globally.

Management Team
Mehul's journey began with a solid foundation in technology as a software developer at both Taasa Netcom and Quad Computers. This technical background likely proved invaluable when he transitioned into leadership roles, eventually culminating in his rise to CEO at Interactive Sun (formerly IMT & Sunshine Communication).
During his tenure as CEO, Mehul honed his expertise in key areas like strategic consulting, business plan development, sales strategy, and human resource management – all crucial for effective leadership. He founded GM Infotech, which demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit. This competitive drive extends beyond the boardroom – he's an active squash player and even coached a state women's volleyball team! Mehul brings this wealth of experience and strategic vision to Flamingo Infinite.
Design has influenced Navneet since childhood, shaping her path to becoming a leading creative force. Her early recognition as "Student of the Year" foreshadowed her ability to lead and inspire. Throughout her career as a Visual Designer, Art Director, UX/UI Designer, and Creative Head, Navneet's creative strengths blossomed. Now, at FBTS Digital Marketing, Navneet isn't just a design leader; she's a visionary who fosters a collaborative environment.
Her design teams, guided by her expertise, craft compelling narratives that fuel the company's success. Navneet's talents extend beyond the digital canvas. When she's not leading the design charge, she's exploring new cities, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and capturing the beauty of landscapes through photography. This love of exploration fuels her creativity and keeps her design perspective fresh and global.
